Happy 9 months, Anna-Banana!

I won’t have her growth stats until her check-up next Tuesday, so I’ll post them then. I’m wondering if she will measure smaller this time around… she can still wear quite a few of her 3-6 month clothes. And it seems everywhere we go, there are younger, much larger babies who make me start to think I’m not feeding her nearly enough. Or maybe there is just an outbreak of massive babies that we missed the boat on.

She is literally moving right along though! She can now pull up to standing and cruise, let go and grab onto something else (I guess that’s called transferring?), and her record so far is about 5 seconds for letting go all together and staying upright. Last night, she figured out how to climb the stairs… hello baby gate #2! Her two top teeth came in a couple of weeks ago, and man they were rough. Way worse than the bottom two. She spent about a week grinding her teeth non-stop to test them out - that was weird. Thankfully, sleep patterns are now mostly restored and she is happy once again.

We’re going out in search of a snowsuit/pram outfit for Anna this afternoon. The mountains are suddenly all snow-covered out here and it’s getting a bit too chilly for daily walks in just fall clothing.

Oh and a shout out to Juliana and L.G. for the lovely bananas! You guys are so funny… and Anna devoured them in no time :-)
