…to be lonely and tired and helpless and frustrated and tired and tired and tired.

I don’t want to blog about what’s been going on the past week because it’s frustrating and I don’t really want to open the flood-gates for advice since we’ve been talking with the pediatrician and a few people who we know have been through the same thing. I’ll just say that we have come to the point where we are having to sleep train Anna due to a number of reasons. And it is hard. Very, very hard. And frustrating. And tiring. Did I mention that already?

The good news is that when it’s not nap-time or bed-time, she is so much fun. She has found her feet and is rolly-pollying while hanging onto them and jamming them in her mouth. She can roll from tummy to back and back to tummy. She can scoot around on her back. And she squeals like crazy at her ceiling fan friends. She’s watching Guinness more and more and has reached out to pet him a few times.

So keep your fingers crossed and say a prayer or two for us that we will all make it through the next week without killing each other. (Okay, it’s not that bad!) Hopefully by the next time I post, we will all be well rested and out of the woods.
